It’s that time of year. Getting ready for all the holiday traditions that make our family what it’s all about. Our family all gather at my house for the main attraction…” THE GINGER SNAP HAM”. It’s one of the things we looked forward to each year. This is a tradition I started. Wasn’t passed down from my mom or grandmother. I went through a lot of recipes and adding and taking away to make this something we really enjoy, so I’m gonna pass this onto you. I hope you enjoy as much as my family does . Wishing you a MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR. From my family to yours.
